After over a decade of Grandmaster Frank Massar being Livingwell's patron, I feel that right now that Livingwell is moving upwards and onwards.  My respect, adoration and gratitude to GM Massar remains as strong as ever but I think knowing him as the great martial artist he is, he would also embrace his successor Monique Weber.  She has my greatest respect and is an inspiration to myself and all at Livingwell.  Her loyalty, passion and empathy is everything we stand for.  She has lived livingwell with me from the start and yet asking her to take the highest honour I can give was not taken by her easily as she does not accept praise or awards very well.  This is just another endearing part of her that we all love - so many accolades - too many to share as it would take too long but it gives me great pleasure, honour and pride to ask Monique to represent Livingwell as our new patron and as long as Livingwell is in existence Monique will remain its most poignant figurehead .

Ali Pourtaheri - Vice chairman
Relatively new to Livingwell, Ali has become a major asset to us.  His passion to make it to the top has meant that he has already made the National Poomsae squad.  His skills and his empathy have been embraced by all.  He is an extremely successful businessman, he has a beautiful family which again gives us the perfect Vice chairman as he hasgreat family values for a great family club.  He has great vision for Livingwell and I am 100% sure he will help lead us into the next decade .
