New Yoga Class

I have done Yoga for  nearly 30 years now, never stopped,  I still enjoy it very much . At first, it seems to be a series of strange  physical and repetitive postures, but  it will  keep your body flexible and with  continuing regular practice, you will be able to notice a change in yourself , mind and  body . 

Yoga is a discipline which will improve your health, your suppleness, your strength, your stamina, and your balance. You will exercise every part of  your body, stretching and toning your muscles, your joints, increase your flexibility no matter your age or your level of fitness.
