I had a great weekend at the gradings. Am very battered and bruised now but also a very happy 3rd Dan. Well done Cory, Craig, Simon on your first Dan and Jay, Aaron on your second Dan! Endless gratitude to Master Del who has got us all this far so successfully!!! Thankyou Livingwell - bring on the next one :-) :-) x x x x

Nordic Championship 2010
Just wanted to share with all my thoughts about this weekend's Nordic Championship: I am extremly greatful to Master Del's dedication to help me and to work with me without giving up on me. Thank you so much and I would never have developed the way I have without your help. A great thanks to family Livingwell for constant encouragement, support and help in my development too.
