My son has always been shy and lacked in confidence, but expressed an interest in Taekwondo as a friend was also participating at Livingwell Taekwondo Club and really enjoyed it. So after some gentle coaxing he agreed to a trial session at Livingwell Langshott. In the short time he has been having lessons their, his confidence has grown and during his first grading he stood up in front of a room full of strangers and completed a sequence of moves and other things I was suprised in him doing. I am so proud of him passing , but also proud of him doing what I thought he would never do. The credit must be given to the Livingell Team who are excellent practitioners who encourage and support their pupils, filling them with so much confidence.. I would not hesitate to recommend the club to anyone.
